The Seller

By purchasing a ticket through this website, you enter into a purchase contract with ASD AcrobatikaYoga, with registered office at Via Goito 109, 57127 Livorno, Italy, VAT Number 92145920499. ASD AcrobatikaYoga is the sole entity responsible for the sale and delivery of the ticket.

Delivery Method

After successful payment, you will receive your ticket confirmation via email at the address provided during registration. Delivery is immediate and automatic.

Pricing & Currency

All prices displayed on this website are in Euro (€). Prices include the annual membership fee for ASD AcrobatikaYoga if you are not already a member.

Refund Policy

• Before 30/6/2026, you will receive a refund of any amount already paid, minus €50 administration fee.
• After 30/6/2026, we can refund only if your spot is reassigned from the waiting list. If that happens, you will be informed after the festival and we will refund any amount already paid, minus €50 administration fee.

Tickets are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be resold.

If the Festival is cancelled for organizational reasons, we will refund the full amount paid to us for the ticket. Travel or accommodation expenses already incurred are not covered.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. For details on how Stripe handles your data, see the Stripe Privacy Policy.
